Who we are
Digistartme is an AI automation consultancy for small businesses. For privacy questions, email contact@digistartme.nl.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form or the assessment, we receive the information you enter: your name, business name, email address, your answers and any additional details.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry and contact you about a possible discovery call. We don't send newsletters without separate consent and never sell your data.
Legal basis
We process your data based on the consent you give when submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Retention
Enquiries that don't lead to a working relationship are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. You can ask for earlier deletion.
Security
Your enquiry is stored in a secure database with our hosting provider and is only accessible to Digistartme. After you submit, you automatically receive a confirmation email and Digistartme receives an email notification. These emails are sent through our hosting provider's email service.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Email contact@digistartme.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we start measuring statistics that require consent, we will ask first.
