Business process automation for SMEs
A lot of time in a business isn't spent on the work itself, but on everything around it: retyping, chasing, searching and checking. Process automation takes those steps out of your working week.
Which processes are suitable?
A process is usually a good candidate if it:
- comes back regularly (daily or weekly)
- follows roughly the same steps every time
- moves information from one place to another
- is error-prone or gets left behind when it's busy
Examples of administrative processes
Think of handling incoming requests, creating customer files, preparing invoices, sending appointment confirmations or updating a schedule when something changes.
Often these are small steps that together cost hours each week.
A step-by-step approach
I work in three phases. First we map how the process runs today and where the time goes. Then I design and build a solution that connects to the software you already use. Finally we test together, put it into use and improve where needed.
That keeps things clear and you always know where you stand.
Working with your existing tools
You usually don't need to switch software. Many common tools — email, spreadsheets, accounting, CRM and scheduling systems — can be connected. Whether that works for your tools is something we check upfront.
